Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join the CEO’s Office and drive high-impact strategic initiatives critical to the company’s next phase of growth. This role will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to identify, incubate, and scale new growth engines, while ensuring rigorous governance, execution discipline, and measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic thinking, execution excellence, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver tangible business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of key strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s growth priorities
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and effective execution
- Evaluate and prioritize growth initiatives based on strategic fit and ROI
- Incubate and scale new growth engines from concept to execution
- Implement tracking mechanisms to measure incremental growth and business impact
- Organize structured review cadences and performance dashboards
- Provide a clear and concise view of progress across all strategic initiatives
- Tracking of KPIs and metrics
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the CEO and leadership team
Qualifications & Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in strategy and business transformation roles
- Proven track record of leading and delivering strategic initiatives
- Experience working closely with CXOs or in a CEO’s Office / Strategy function is highly preferred
- Strong business acumen with experience across growth strategy, operations, and execution
